Our Story.
Obsidian was founded in 2020 to fix a clear problem in healthcare staffing: essential shifts were being left uncovered, and providers couldn’t get the support they needed when they needed it.
We built a service focused on one thing — delivering trained, temporary healthcare workers into urgent, specialist roles. The structure, systems, and processes we put in place are designed to meet those needs quickly, reliably, and to the correct standard.
Today, Obsidian supports services across Ireland with the kind of cover that requires experience, preparation, and the ability to respond properly under pressure.
