  • All staff are fully vetted and meet HSE compliance standards, including Garda Vetting, mandatory training, references, fitness to work, and registration.

    Our compliance team is happy to assist if you have questions.

  • We typically fill urgent shifts within 30 minutes of request.
    Our candidates can be on-site and working same day, often within an hour or two, depending on location and shift requirements.

    For planned staffing needs, we can secure and schedule professionals well in advance.

  • Yes, where possible we prioritise consistency in care.

  • Nurses (all specialties), Midwives, Pharmacists, AHPs, Healthcare Assistants, Social Care Workers.

  • Visit our Registration Page and fill out the application form with your details.

    Upload your relevant qualifications and certifications.

    Our compliance team will review your documents.

    Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email with your login details.

  • Timesheets are submitted via email: payroll@obsidianhealthcare.ie

    Please submit timesheets by 12 midday every Monday for the previous week.

    Once approved by the client and processed, payments are made weekly via bank transfer.

  • Garda Vetting, Reference Checks, Training Certificates, NMBI Registration (for nurses/midwives), CORU (for AHPs), Manual Handling & more.

  • Initial screening, compliance checks, onboarding, placement.
