NMBI Annual renewal fee reimbursement scheme

Terms & conditions

1. This opportunity is exclusively available to nurses and midwives who work for Obsidian Healthcare and meet the following requirements:

   • Have worked a minimum of 50 shifts since their last NMBI registration renewal date.

   • Have maintained fully compliant since their last NMBI registration renewal date.

2. Eligible nurses and midwives will have the opportunity to reimburse the cost of their NMBI registration renewal fee from Obsidian Healthcare.

3. All reimbursements will be subject to tax and PRSI deductions and will be transferred directly to the bank account. Requests for cheques, postal orders, or vouchers will not be entertained.

4. Reimbursements will only be approved if the claimant is compliant at the time of making the claim.

5. Claims must be submitted within 28 days of the NMBI registration renewal date.

6. Claims must be submitted online via the Candidate Portal. Upon processing and validating your claim, we will initiate the payment of the claimed amount within 10 working days.

7. Claims for renewals that occur at the end of the month can be submitted from the 1st of the subsequent month. Claims must be submitted within 28 days of the NMBI renewal date.

8. Obsidian Healthcare retains the right to:

   • Modify the terms and conditions of the NMBI renewal fee scheme at its sole discretion.

   • Terminate or suspend the NMBI renewal fee scheme without the obligation to pay any pending claims, introduce an alternative scheme, provide compensation, or notify nurses or midwives.
