The first step is to refer a healthcare professional to us. This could be a friend, a colleague, or an acquaintance who is looking for new opportunities in the healthcare industry. You can refer them by providing us with their contact information, or alternatively, you can share our contact details with them. We respect the privacy of all professionals and handle all referrals with discretion.

Once we receive a referral, our team of expert consultants will review the information. They will then reach out to the referred individual to discuss their career aspirations, understand their skills and qualifications, and explore potential opportunities that might be a good fit for them. This step is crucial as it allows us to ensure that we match the right professional with the right opportunity.

The final step is the reward. If your referral is successfully placed in a role through Obsidian Healthcare and fulfils the required number of work hours within a three-month period, you will be eligible for a referral reward. Please note that terms and conditions apply to this reward. Terms & Conditions
Referrals are accepted if the candidate has not been registered with TTM Healthcare Solutions in the past 2 years.
Obtain your friend’s permission before providing their personal information to us. We will inform your friend that you recommended them when we contact them.
Referrals must complete the required number of hours within a 9 month period.
If a candidate is referred by two individuals, the bonus will be awarded to the first person who made the referral.
The form on the page must be completed for each individual being referred to work with TTM.
The referred candidate must be living in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the UK at the time of referral and must have the right to work in that country. We do not offer sponsorship.
The referral fee is eligible for payment only after the referred candidate has worked the required number of hours.
How to Claim your Referral Fee
As the referrer, you are responsible for following up with Obsidian Healthcare Recruitment to verify that the candidate has worked the minimum required hours for the referral bonus to be paid.
Once your referral has worked the required threshold [200-250 hours] with Obsidian, you can reach out to enquiries@obsidianhealthcare.ie with your address and contact details.
