Understanding the value of your time and the importance of efficiency, we offer the convenience of online interviews, this not only saves time and valuable resources but also makes the interview process more streamlined.

  • We use a digital platform that allows candidates to answer a set of pre-recorded interview questions. These questions align with those typically expected in a live interview, covering areas such as nursing principals and strategies for managing clinical situations.

    You only need an internet connection and a video recording device such as a smartphone, tablet, or webcam. The interview is expected to last approximately 20-30 minutes.

    This process does not involve a live conversation with our in-house team; instead, you will record your answers to our questions and submit them to us. You have the flexibility to record your responses at your convenience, whether that be sporadically over a day or two, or in a single session.

    A significant advantage of this method is that if you're dissatisfied with your answer, you can attempt it again. This aspect makes the process considerably more manageable and far less stressful.
