
Getting Paid
The agency does not deduct extra administration charges.
- Statutory holiday entitlement provides 5.6 weeks of paid holiday (including bank holidays) in a 52-week working year (pro-rata). The agency adds holiday pay to the basic hourly rate for all agency workers, currently equating to an additional 11.19% pay for each hour worked.
- By accepting these terms, you agree that holiday pay received in addition to your hourly rate may offset statutory holiday pay during annual leave.
- Notify the call center immediately if any changes occur during your placement (duties or ward allocation) as this could affect your pay.
- No breaks are deducted for care provided in the patient's own home if you're the sole worker. Otherwise, standard breaks apply.
- The agency encourages professional indemnity insurance through recognized professional bodies or trade unions.
- Tax and PRSI are deducted by The agency from the quoted pay rates.
- Timesheet information must match our system's shift details, and any changes require client authorisation before the shift ends
